Ann Coulter sums up PERFECTLY why soccer is bad for America...

One of my favorite Americans, Ann Coulter, has an excellent column out this week.

We all know why soccer is terrible: any game you can play for 90 minutes and end in a 0-0 tie should isn't a sport, the constant flopping and fake injuries, the non-scoring, the kicking of a ball back and forth for an hour, the non-scoring, the fans, the non-scoring, the players, the non-scoring, etc etc

The things we value as a nation and a culture are in no way reprsented in that game, and that is A GOOD THING. We don't want to be a nation of soccer players.

As Coulter says: "In soccer, the blame is dispersed and almost no one scores anyway. There are no heroes, no losers, no accountability, and no child's fragile self-esteem is bruised. There's a reason perpetually alarmed women are called "soccer moms," not "football moms."
