When will the change be demanded in their own communities.....

When a police officer shoots an unarmed citizen and kills him.....it should cause us all to be outraged....no matter what color the victim is.

My question is this: Why is it whenever the RARE occurrence of a white person shooting a black person happens, the black community is able to get collectively outraged and march in the streets and demand something change......

Why can't they organize against the THOUSANDS of other shootings of black people in America....90% of which are committed by other black people...speak out against that.....and demand something change?
